1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the lk4444 website accessible at lk4444.ws and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the lk4444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the lk4444 platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player into their lk4444 account using an accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a player's account by lk4444 under a qualifying promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is established.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on lk4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an lk4444 employee, contractor, or business partner.
• You have not previously had an lk4444 account suspended, closed, or terminated for cause.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

lk4444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days will result in account suspension pending verification completion.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Management

One Account Policy: Each player may register and operate exactly one lk4444 account. If lk4444 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — lk4444 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated across those accounts.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. lk4444 will never proactively request your password by any channel. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

Account Suspension: lk4444 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including where lk4444 suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that lk4444 deems contrary to the integrity of its platform. In the event of suspension due to suspected fraud, lk4444 may withhold account balances pending investigation.

Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your lk4444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following a standard verification check.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: lk4444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), BRAC Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. Accepted methods are subject to change; refer to the payments section of the platform for the current list.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though lk4444 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security and compliance purposes.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the player's lk4444 balance within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. lk4444 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the player. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–20 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays.

Withdrawal Eligibility: Before a withdrawal can be processed, lk4444 may require identity verification if not previously completed, and all active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full. Real money balance (non-bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and verification requirements.

Transaction Fees: lk4444 does not charge platform-side fees on standard mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals. Players should be aware that their mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of lk4444.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the lk4444 platform are sourced from certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, SA Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider operates independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems that lk4444 does not control or modify.

Prohibited Conduct in Gameplay: The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lk4444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential permanent ban:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that interacts with the platform in place of a human player.
• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Nothing in these Terms limits lk4444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by lk4444's negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Amendments to Terms

lk4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the platform homepage or by email to the address registered on the player's account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of the lk4444 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3 of these Terms.
